About The DODO: Celebrating Student Voices Through Time

Welcome to The DODO, the student newspaper with a rich history that dates back to the vibrant era of the 1980s. Throughout the years (going back to the 1960’s!), the student newspaper has evolved, adapted, and embraced various names – from Piranha News to The Jaded Palette, Off the Record, and The Pluralist.

The DODO is more than just a newspaper; it's a testament to the dynamic spirit of student activism and expression. Through each iteration, our commitment to amplifying our fellow students' diverse perspectives, concerns, and stories has remainded unwavering. We believe in the power of journalism to shed light on the issues that matter most to our community. Anyone from the RCA community, whether staff or students, is welcome to submit letters, poems, drawings, or anything that they think would benefit the student body.

Start sending us your ideas, and anything you want to the.dodo@rca.ac.uk and the Editor and Co-Editor will review it for the next issue.

Stay tuned for captivating stories, thought-provoking insights, and the authentic voices of students, all within the pages of The DODO.
